Welcome to our Meditation Course. This course will give you all the elements to start a regular meditation practice and enjoy the benefits of meditation. You will learn a basic meditation with an universal mantra and the 10 practices of Yama and Niyama. Dada Rainjitananda is a Yogic monk and has been teaching meditation throughout the world for over 30 years. He has a lot of experience to share. Dada makes the course look simple while teaching a very deep and powerful practice that can improve the quality of one's life.

The course consists of 7 lessons, one lesson per week, lasting for 7 weeks. A very important part of the course is the practice that you will be doing at home, putting into practice what you learn during the classes.
